Established in 1996/1997?, Leadership Vestavia Hills (LVH) is a program designed to develop the leadership potential in our community. Our goal is to provide a foundation of knowledge for potential leaders so they can work to enhance economic growth and the quality of life in Vestavia Hills.
Our primary objective is the organization, sponsorship, and implementation of an annual leadership development program. Through this program, selected individuals will have a unique opportunity to learn more about the history and development of Vestavia Hills and the current social and economic factors that impact our city today.
LVH is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of leadership in Vestavia Hills through networking relationships and educational experiences that inform, inspire and empower its members to make a positive difference within the community.
